For the past few years, I have been wanting to give away a wedding package to a couple that is planning their big day. This past August I finally pulled the trigger and began to promote the giveaway. I was surprised at how many people entered for the chance to win a free wedding photography package! I had people who wanted to enter answer a questionnaire that I put together. Kaitlyn and Adam entered and won this giveaway! When I read the answers they submitted, I knew we were supposed to choose them! I announced the winner on Facebook live a few weeks later and Kaitlyn was watching! Check out her response below!

Kaitlyn and Adam were a dream to work with on their wedding day. Their families were just as awesome as they were! I hit it off with Kevin (father of Bride) at the hotel after we finished taking some quick getting ready photos of Kaitlyn. Anytime I make a good connection with the parents I know it’s going to be a great day! Kaitlyn and Adam were getting married at the Round Barn in Derby (Literally 2 minutes down the road from our house!). Everything about their big day was perfect! The weather was uncharacteristically perfect for a November wedding, we stayed on schedule all day, and Kaitlyn and Adam shared the most perfect 1st look ever! Kaitlyn’s daddy/daughter first look was the sweetest as well 😊

The highlight of the day was definitely how much Lara and I felt so welcomed by both the bride and groom’s families. All-day long we witnessed both families supporting these two as best as the could and doing whatever was required of them to make the day a success. Wedding days can be extremely stressful, but when your family has your back the day goes sooooo much smoother.
