Wichita Wedding: Blair and Easton

 

One of my favorite things about photographing weddings is becoming friends with our couples. Easton and Blair’s wedding was a little different for Lara and I though since we were already friends with them prior to photographing their wedding. Lara actually works with Blair!

I’ve enjoyed getting to know them even better throughout the wedding planning process! One of the things that stood out to me about them both was that they actually were leaning towards not doing a first look for their big day. I never try to pressure a couple into doing one, but I do try to provide them with the most information possible to think through when it comes to a first look. After I shared some of the benefits with them through a resource I have created for my Brides and Grooms, they decided it would be best for them to do one!

Looking back on their big day I cannot imagine them sharing this intimate moment. Their whole day was filled with love and support from family and friends. After Lara and I finished our 8 hour shifts, we packed up our cameras and joined in on the party! We pulled our gear back out for the sparkler send off and captured the last big moment of the day!
