Here’s a fun fact about Beth and Chris; they are actually my SECOND 2020 couple whose names are Beth and Chris, crazy huh? They live in KC but made the trip down to Wichita so that we could knock out there engagement session ASAP! I rarely shoot on Sunday’s but this was the only date that we could get to work on such a short timeline. Beth was already planning on being in town this specific weekend so we just needed to get Chris here! Chris is a pastor, so after his Sunday service, he hopped in his car and made the drive down to Wichita for their session.

I was anticipating a muggy and warm evening, but our weather was actually perfect! We had a nice cool breeze along with gorgeous glowly lighting being diffused by the trees behind them. Beth’s pup Reeses joined in on the photo fun and stole the show! Isn’t he adorable? Beth and Chris were so easy going during their session. It didn’t take long for their loving and playful personalities to shine through. I cannot wait to photograph their intimate wedding ceremony this September!
